The Carli Pintop 2.5 System brings Carli’s popular Pintop performance package into a 6-inch lift format for Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 diesel 4×4 trucks. Based on Carli’s 6-inch Performance 2.5 system, this package delivers incredible on-road ride quality with significantly improved off-road performance through Carli-tuned King 2.5-inch remote reservoir shocks and a complete supporting suspension package.

This system is designed for customers looking for substantial on-road and off-road performance in a taller stance. It was tuned to ride best with full progressive leaf springs and 17 or 18-inch wheels with 37-inch Toyo M/T tires at 40 PSI front and 35 PSI rear.

Wheel and Tire Notes:

• Fits up to a 37-inch tire with the included radius arm system.

• Recommended wheel diameter is 17 to 18 inches.

• Recommended backspacing is 4.5 inches.

• This system was tuned with 37-inch Toyo M/T tires at 40 PSI front and 35 PSI rear.

Notes:

• Full progressive leaf springs are strongly recommended for best ride quality.

• 17 or 18-inch wheels are strongly recommended.

• All Carli 6-inch systems require the truck’s front driveshaft to be extended by 2 inches.

• Carli 6-inch systems require a drop pitman arm.

• Drop pitman arm is available as an option on the product page.

• 2010 and newer vehicles have two possible sway bar end link sizes.

• Place a socket on the nut that compresses the rubber end link bushings. Fitment of an 18mm socket indicates the need for the 12mm part number.
